Job description
We are seeking a Pediatrics physician for a locum tenens position in Mount Vernon, OH. This opportunity provides newborn nursery coverage with delivery attendance and neonatal care. Please see below for more information.
Job Responsibilities
Attend deliveries, including C-sections
Provide care for sick neonates and babies
Perform circumcisions
Perform frenotomy for tongue-tie (optional)
Provide overnight on-call coverage
Qualifications
Active Ohio medical license (IMLC accepted)
DEA registration
NRP certification
Working Hours
Nursery rounding and delivery attendance during the day, followed by overnight on-call coverage (rare callback)
