Pediatrics / Med-Peds Hospitalist
Dates Needed:
June 5 at 12:00 PM → June 8 at 7:00 AM
June 19 at 12:00 PM → June 22 at 7:00 AM
Rate: $2,000/day
Location: Mountan Home, Arkansas
Coverage type: Mix of newborn nursery, ER consults, and low-volume inpatient peds
Must hold active Arkansas license
Patient Volume & Responsibilities:

Newborn Nursery: 5 over the weekend

Inpatient Peds/Med-Peds: Very low volume (typically 1–2 patients total, if any)

ER Coverage: 2–3 calls/day, generally handled over the phone

Daily Rounding:
-
One in-person rounding session each day (Sat & Sun) on both the inpatient unit and nursery
-
Otherwise phone-based call unless an issue requires coming in

Procedural Requirements:

Must be able to intubate, place lines, and stabilize infants prior to transfer

Circumcisions NOT required
