- Location: Western Arizona
- Facility: Level 3 trauma; Level 1 PEDS
- Patient Census: Predominately newborn care
- Coverage:
- Physician:
- Monday - Thursday; 8:00a-12:00p, 1:00p-5:00p
- Friday; 8:00a-12;00p
- Physician:
- Call:
- Beeper
- EMR System: MEDHOST
- Certification: BC/BE ABIM, ABP
- License: Active Arizona upon presentation; IMLC
- Life Certifications: PALS, NRP
- PEDS experience
