Job description
An established pediatric specialty team in Duluth, Minnesota, is seeking a BC/BE Pediatric Endocrinologist to join its growing practice.
Position Highlights:
- Primarily outpatient practice, Monday–Friday, 8:00 a.m.–4:30 p.m.
- Excellent work-life balance
- Average 12–14 patients per day
- Join a team of 1 Pediatric and 3 Adult Endocrinologists, 9 APCs and robust clinical support staff
- Work alongside CDCES RNs and Registered Dietitians
- Strong support from Endocrinology and Pediatrics
- Some outreach opportunities available, including telehealth outreach
- Shared call with another Pediatric Endocrinologist, with coverage provided during time away
- Inpatient diabetic care supported by Hospitalists, Pediatric Intensivists, NPs and PAs
- Access to two hospitals located on the same connected campus
- Opportunity to practice at a Level II Pediatric Trauma Center
- Duluth International Airport provides convenient regional air access
Compensation & Benefits:
- $256K compensation
- Additional compensation may be available through bonuses, quality incentives or production-based compensation
