- Shared call with 3 providers/APPs
• Call Type: Beeper
• Call Response Time: 20 minutes

• Patient Demographics: Pediatrics
• Patient Volume: 7–8 (OP), 0-1 (IP)
• Rounding: Minimal (weekend rounding required)
• Phone Consults: Yes
FACILITY INFORMATION
• Physician in Practice: 3
• Support Staff Available: RNs, MAs, Diabetic Educators, 1 APPs
• No of Beds: 145 Pediatric beds; 18 ICU beds
• No of Exam Rooms: 6
• Trauma Level: Level II

JOB REQUIREMENTS
• WA license required or willing to obtain
• BC
• DEA
• Must have pediatric endocrinology experience
