PEM Physician | Academic Appointment & Full Subspecialty Support - (cc)

The facility is expanding its team to manage ongoing growth and is seeking BC/BE physicians interested in both clinical excellence and academic involvement.

Role Overview:

• Setting: High-volume pediatric ED with over 35,000 annual visits.

• Staffing Model: Strong coverage with 40 physician hours and additional APP support daily.

  
  

• Academics: Opportunities for academic appointments with a local medical school. The hospital supports an accredited Pediatric residency and PEM fellowship program.

  
  

• Facility: Part of a large, state-of-the-art health campus with a full complement of pediatric medical and surgical subspecialties.

Requirements:

• MD or DO from an accredited medical school.

• BC/BE in Pediatric Emergency Medicine.

• Valid state medical license and DEA.

Compensation & Benefits:

• Salary: Commensurate with experience.

• Incentives: Annual compensation tied to clinical activity, academic accomplishments, and quality improvement.

• Relocation: Standard $15,000 package.

• Sign-on Bonus: To be determined.
