St. Joseph’s Health is seeking a compassionate, collaborative, and fellowship-trained Developmental-Behavioral Pediatrician to join our growing pediatric program in New Jersey.
This is an exciting opportunity for a physician who wants to make a meaningful impact in the lives of children and families while helping expand access to much-needed developmental and behavioral pediatric services.
The ideal candidate will be Board Certified or Board Eligible in Developmental-Behavioral Pediatrics with a passion for family-centered care, interdisciplinary collaboration, education, and program development.

Job Responsibilities
Clinical areas may include:
Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD)
Attention-Deficit/Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD)
Developmental delays
Learning and behavioral concerns
Other neurodevelopmental conditions within the scope of Developmental-Behavioral Pediatrics
The physician will work closely with families and a multidisciplinary network of pediatricians, pediatric subspecialists, psychologists, psychiatrists, therapists, social workers, educators, and community providers to develop individualized plans that support each child's developmental needs.
Qualifications
Completion of an accredited Pediatrics residency
Completion of an accredited Developmental-Behavioral Pediatrics fellowship
Board Certified or Board Eligible in Developmental-Behavioral Pediatrics
Eligible for or currently holds a New Jersey medical license
Commitment to compassionate, family-centered and multidisciplinary care
Skills
Depending on professional interests, the physician may also participate in:
Resident and medical student education
Quality improvement initiatives
Research and scholarly activity
Development of new clinical programs and services
Community outreach and advocacy
Collaboration with pediatric subspecialty and therapeutic programs
For children with feeding-related developmental or behavioral concerns, the Developmental-Behavioral Pediatrician will provide developmental consultation and collaborate with appropriate specialists when dedicated feeding or swallowing evaluation is indicated.
