Position Highlights
* Join a collaborative, multidisciplinary healthcare team in a community hospital with a diverse pathology case mix.
* Solo pathology practice offering a high level of professional autonomy and leadership.
* Provide comprehensive diagnostic services across anatomic and clinical pathology, including surgical pathology, cytopathology, and clinical laboratory medicine.
* Serve as CLIA Laboratory Director and Medical Director for multiple off-site CLIA-waived laboratories.
* Collaborate closely with surgeons, oncologists, primary care physicians, and specialists to guide patient care.
* Participate in multidisciplinary tumor boards, case conferences, and quality improvement initiatives.
* Lead laboratory quality assurance, quality control, regulatory compliance, and operational performance efforts.
* Practice in a modern laboratory equipped with advanced diagnostic technologies, with opportunities for leadership and program development.
* Full-time preferred, with part-time consideration for the right candidate.

Qualifications
* MD or DO from an accredited medical school.
* Board Certified in Anatomic and Clinical Pathology (AP/CP).
* Eligible for or currently holding an unrestricted Ohio medical license.
* Strong diagnostic, analytical, and communication skills.
* Prior hospital or integrated health system experience preferred.
* Experience with digital pathology and laboratory informatics systems is a plus.
