Seeking a locums Pathologist to help with open coverage dates on-going. Any and all dates are welcome!
Dates Available:
June 1st - July 1
July 6th - July 10th
July 13th - July 17th
September 7th - September 11th
October 5th - October 16th
All of November Open
All of December Open
4 Physicians, 5 Histotechnologists, 1 Pathology Assistant, 2 Cytotechnologists on staff.
Equipment - Thin prep integrated imager, by Hologic
Cryostat - Cryostat-Avantik QQS12UV, Avantik QS II
Microscope - Nikon Eclipse E400, Olympus BX41
Trauma Level - 3
Job Responsibilities
Frozen Section Analysis
Cytology
Provider will be responsible for grossing own specimens and cutting own frozen sections on the Cryostat.
The current surgical pathology volume is approximately 13,000 surgical specimens and 3,000 cytology specimens per year.

Qualifications
Active New York State License
NPDB Self-Query within 30 Days
