HCA Healthcare Pathology Services is seeking a Board-Certified AP/CP Pathologist to serve as Medical Director at HCA Florida Bayonet Point Hospital in Hudson, Florida. About the Practice
This opportunity is ideal for a pathologist who values independence and wants to serve as the dedicated pathology leader for a hospital and its medical staff. The Medical Director will oversee an established hospital-based practice, work closely with clinicians and hospital leadership, and help drive quality patient care and laboratory excellence.
Practice Highlights:
- Medical Director leadership role
- Full-scope AP/CP practice
- Approximately 3,500 surgical pathology cases annually
- Approximately 600 non-GYN cytology cases annually

Qualifications
- Board Certified in Anatomic and Clinical Pathology (AP/CP)
- Hospital-based experience preferred
- Florida medical license and/or FCVS preferred
- Comfortable with the full scope of AP and CP
- Strong leadership and relationship-building skills
