Opportunity:
Seeking a full-time Board-Certified Anatomical and Clinical Pathologist to join a high-volume community hospital and ambulatory pathology service. This role offers a blend of clinical practice, academic affiliation, and long-term career stability within a premier academic health system.

Details:

  • Sign out routine surgical pathology and cytology cases

  • Sign out hematopathology cases as part of the assigned workload

  • Oversee and interpret a wide range of diagnostic laboratory tests

  • Collaborate closely with multidisciplinary clinical teams to guide diagnosis and treatment decisions

  • Provide expert diagnostic insight to support optimal patient care

  • Participate in pathology services for both inpatient and ambulatory settings

Compensation:

  • Base Salary: $271,000–$281,000

  • Total Compensation: $301,000–$318,000 including bonuses

  • Revenue Sharing: Up to $30,000 annually based on productivity and compliance metrics

Qualifications:

  • Board Certified in Anatomical and Clinical Pathology

  • 2–3 years of hospital-based pathology experience preferred

  • Strong diagnostic skills and ability to collaborate in a multidisciplinary clinical environment
