Academic Cytopathologist / Surgical Pathologist
Cincinnati, OH
Position Highlights:

Compensation & Benefits:
- Base salary: $233K–$320K (experience-based) with potential above 50th percentile via productivity.
- $20K signing bonus, CME allowance, and comprehensive health benefits.
- Two-year guaranteed compensation for transition to full productivity.
- Retirement plans with 8.5% employer contribution and immediate vesting.

Qualifications:
- MD/DO with AP or AP/CP board certification or eligibility.
- Cytopathology fellowship training required (new grads considered).
- Strong background in cyto- and surgical pathology; GI, GYN, or molecular preferred.
- Eligible for Ohio medical license; H1B supported (J1 not eligible).
- Demonstrated commitment to teaching, research, and academic excellence.
