PATHOLOGY RESIDENCY PROGRAM DIRECTOR
University of Kentucky, Lexington
Position Highlights:

- Negotiable 50% Clinical, 30% Admin, 15% Academic, 5% Professional Development
- Dedicated administrative support
- Favorable Call:
- Call coverage aligned to anatomic pathology clinical service provided
- Night: Approx. 1 weekday per month
- Weekend: Approx. once per 2 to 3 months
- Frozen Section: Approx. 1 week per 3 to 4 months
- Leadership:
- Provide mentorship and support to 2 Associate Pathology RPDs
Compensation & Benefits:
- Competitive Base Compensation: Up to $330K
- Relocation Assistance: Up to $20K

Qualifications:
- Certifications: Board Certified in AP/CP or AP
- Experience: Minimum of 3 years post residency/fellowship at an Academic Medical Center
- Fellowship Training: Subspecialty fellowship training in a specific area of anatomic pathology preferred
