Join a Well-Established Pathology Practice in Southern Ohio
Hospital-employed group is seeking a Board-Certified Pathologist to join a collegial 3-physician team. Fellowship in Cytopathology is preferred but not required.
Compensation & Benefits
- $407,783 base salary (MGMA 50th percentile, guaranteed for 2 years)
- Additional pay for experience

Practice Highlights
- General pathology practice with focus in breast, lung, and GI cases
- Approx. 9,500–10,000 surgical cases annually
- 1:3 call schedule – mostly telephone-based, rare hospital return
- Well-supported team including histotechs, cytotechs, tech assistants, and admin leadership
- No autopsies, bone marrows, pediatrics, or heavy hematopathology
Schedule
- Office Hours: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–4:00 PM
- Every 3rd Saturday coverage
- Call: 17 weeks/year, 24-hour coverage during assigned week
