Locum Tenens Opportunity – Forensic Pathologist
Greenville, NC, is seeking a board-certified forensic pathologist for locum tenens coverage.
Position Details:
- Start Date: July 2025 (upon credentialing)
- Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM (no nights)
- Case Load: 1–3 autopsies per day
Key Highlights:
- 974-bed Level 1 trauma center
- Work at a Regional Medical Examiner facility affiliated with an Academic Medical Center
- Over 90% of autopsies are forensic cases, with the remainder hospital-associated
- No hospital autopsies required
This role offers a structured work schedule in a high-volume forensic pathology setting with strong academic support.
