Description
Your next opportunity shouldn't require building a practice from the ground up.
You've spent years developing your clinical judgment, procedural expertise, and reputation as a physician. Your next move should give you the infrastructure, patient population, and support to put those skills to work.
NorTek Medical Staffing is representing an established, growing interventional pain management practice in Jacksonville, Florida, seeking a fellowship-trained Interventional Pain Physician (MD/DO) to join its team.
The patients are already there. The referral relationships are established. The clinical infrastructure is in place.
This is an opportunity for a physician who enjoys practicing procedural medicine, managing complex pain conditions, and helping patients regain function and improve their quality of life.
With an established patient base, dedicated clinical support, and a productivity-based compensation structure, the practice offers an attractive opportunity for physicians seeking long-term professional and financial growth.

Competitive Compensation: $350,000–$400,000 annual range, with base compensation and productivity incentives.
