Position Type: Full-Time | Monday–Friday
Preferred Start: January 2027
Locations: Florida, Arizona, New Jersey, and Georgia

Interventional Pain Physician – Established Patient Base, Strong Referral Network & Procedural Practice

An established outpatient pain management practice is seeking an experienced Interventional Pain Management Physician to provide comprehensive care for patients with chronic pain, spine conditions, and related musculoskeletal disorders.

This opportunity offers an established patient population, an existing referral network, and an active procedural practice, allowing the incoming physician to focus on patient care rather than building a practice from the ground up. Physicians will join an experienced clinical team with opportunities to combine advanced interventional procedures, clinical decision-making, and compassionate patient care.

With a full-time Monday–Friday schedule and approximately 25–30 patients per day, this position offers a consistent outpatient practice environment with base compensation plus productivity-based incentives.

The Opportunity

  • Full-time, Monday–Friday schedule.

  • Established outpatient interventional pain management practice.

  • Approximately 25–30 patients per day.

  • Balanced mix of new patient evaluations, follow-up visits, and interventional procedures.

  • Established patient population and referral network.

  • Collaboration with physicians, advanced practice providers, and clinical support staff.

  • Active procedural practice supported by existing clinical infrastructure.

  • Base compensation plus a productivity component based on the selected location's compensation plan.

  • Multiple geographic opportunities across Florida, Arizona, New Jersey, and Georgia.

Exact hours, call expectations, staffing arrangements, procedural resources, and other practice-specific details will be reviewed for the selected location.
