About the Group:
- This group is a West Virginia based health system with a critical access hospital in the area.
- Group has 12 total locations and over 500 providers
- Been located in the area since 1928.
- 55 Bed Hospital with great work life balance
Provider’s Role:
- Location: Oakland, Maryland (10mins from Deep Creek Lake)
- Pain Management Physician
- Provide a variety of clinical and technical skills including EMG reads, coordination, workup, diagnosis, treatment, interventional and medical management with follow-up to pain patients.
- Ability to provide pain related procedures: Steroid Injections, Branch Blocks, RFA, Trigger Point Injections, Stimulators, etc.
- Schedule: 40hr week. M-F
- Join a team of 1 other Pain Management Physician and 1 NP

Background Profile:
- Board Certified or Board Eligible in Pain Management
- Ability to hold an unrestricted state of Maryland MD or DO licensure
