Our growing practice is seeking an experienced, fellowship-trained Pain Management Physician to join our physician-led team. This is an excellent opportunity for a physician who values clinical autonomy, meaningful procedural volume, and long-term professional growth.

You will join a collaborative team consisting of two physicians, four experienced Physician Assistants, and dedicated clinical and administrative support staff while caring for an established patient population with strong referral relationships.

Job Responsibilities

Position Responsibilities
Evaluate, diagnose, and treat patients with acute and chronic pain conditions
Develop individualized, comprehensive pain management plans
Perform fluoroscopy-guided and injection-based interventional procedures
Manage both procedural and non-procedural aspects of pain care
Collaborate with physicians, PAs, and clinical support teams
Maintain excellent documentation, communication, and patient care standards
Procedural Expertise

Ideal candidates will have experience performing:

Epidural steroid injections
Facet joint injections
Medial branch blocks
Radiofrequency ablation
Joint injections
Trigger point injections
Selective nerve root blocks
Other fluoroscopy-guided interventional pain procedures

Qualifications

Qualifications
MD or DO degree
Fellowship training in Pain Medicine
Board Certified or Board Eligible in Pain Medicine and/or related specialty
Significant experience in interventional pain management
Proficiency with fluoroscopic and injection-based procedures
Pennsylvania medical license or eligibility
Strong patient-care focus and excellent communication skills
