Description:
Healthcare United is seeking a Pain Management Physician for an established outpatient practice in coastal Florida.
The position focuses on extremity procedures and medication management, including shoulder and knee injections, rather than major interventional spine procedures.
Job Responsibilities
• Provide medication management
• Perform shoulder injections
• Perform knee injections
• Perform additional joint/extremity injections
• Develop conservative treatment plans
• Coordinate physical therapy and supportive care
• Educate patients regarding long-term pain management
Qualifications
• BC/BE Pain Medicine, PM&R, Neurology, Anesthesiology, or related specialty
• Florida medical license or eligibility
• DEA registration
• Experience with extremity/joint injections
• Strong medication-management skills
Working Hours
• Primarily outpatient
• Minimal to no call
• No hospital rounding
