Description:
Healthcare United is seeking a Board Certified Interventional Pain Management Physician for a high-volume outpatient opportunity in Glendale, Arizona.
The incoming physician will step into an immediate patient base with strong referral volume and significant procedural opportunity. The practice sees approximately 20–30 patients per day and provides dedicated NP/PA/MA support.
This is a 100% outpatient position with no hospital rounding, nights, weekends, holidays, or call.
Job Responsibilities
• Perform cervical, thoracic, and lumbar epidural steroid injections
• Perform facet injections and medial branch blocks
• Perform radiofrequency ablation
• Perform joint injections
• Perform spinal cord stimulator procedures
• Develop individualized treatment plans
• Provide medication management when appropriate
• Maintain accurate EMR documentation
Qualifications
• Board Certified in Pain Management, Anesthesiology, or PM&R
• Fellowship-trained in Interventional Pain Management
• Active or eligible Arizona medical license
• Active DEA registration
• Strong interventional procedural experience

• 100% outpatient

• No holidays
• No call
