Job description
Job Description:
NorTek Medical Staffing is partnering with Client to recruit an experienced Interventional Pain Physician for an established outpatient practice.
This opportunity is designed for a physician who enjoys combining clinical judgment, procedural expertise, and compassionate patient care within an experienced clinical environment.
With an established patient population and referral network already in place, the incoming physician can focus on delivering high-quality care rather than building a patient panel from the ground up.
The Opportunity:
Full-time, Monday through Friday schedule.
Established outpatient pain management practice.
Approximately 25–30 patients per day.
Balanced mix of new patient evaluations, follow-up care, and interventional procedures.
Established referral network and patient population.
Collaboration with physicians, advanced practice providers, and clinical support staff.
Active procedural practice supported by existing clinical infrastructure.
Base compensation plus a productivity component based on the selected location's compensation plan.
Exact hours, call expectations, staffing model, procedural resources, and other practice-specific details will be reviewed for the selected location.
