This opportunity is designed for an Interventional Pain Physician who wants meaningful procedural volume, a predictable weekday schedule, and the ability to step into an established practice without building a patient panel from scratch.
Compensation & Practice Highlights
- Base Salary: $350,000–$400,000
- Uncapped productivity incentives

Job Responsibilities
The physician will evaluate and treat patients with spine conditions and chronic pain while providing comprehensive interventional pain management.
Responsibilities include:
Evaluating new and established patients through history, examination, imaging, and diagnostic findings
Developing individualized treatment plans
Performing appropriate interventional pain procedures
Monitoring treatment response and adjusting care plans
Educating patients regarding treatment options and procedures
Collaborating with physicians, APPs, medical assistants, and procedural staff
Maintaining accurate and timely clinical documentation
Providing safe, ethical, compassionate care in a busy outpatient environment
Qualifications
Opportunities include:
Cervical, thoracic, and lumbar epidural steroid injections
Facet joint injections
Medial branch blocks
Radiofrequency ablation
Sacroiliac joint injections
Large and small joint injections
Spinal cord stimulation procedures
Other minimally invasive pain procedures appropriate to the physician's training and privileges
Required Qualifications
MD or DO from an accredited medical school
Completed Pain Management or Interventional Pain Medicine fellowship before starting
Board certified or board eligible in an accepted specialty, including Pain Medicine, Anesthesiology, or PM&R
Anesthesiology or PM&R residency alone does not satisfy the completed fellowship requirement
Active Florida medical license before providing clinical services
Active DEA registration appropriate to the practice location
Demonstrated experience treating spine conditions and chronic pain
Ability to independently perform core interventional pain procedures
Ability to manage approximately 25–30 patients per day
Strong communication, clinical judgment, and collaboration skills
Ability to start before February 2027, subject to credentialing
