We are seeking a Pain Management / Interventional Pain Physician to join a well-established, high-volume outpatient pain management practice in the West Valley of Phoenix, AZ.

Interventional Procedures
The physician will have the opportunity to perform a broad range of interventional pain procedures, including:
Cervical, thoracic, and lumbar epidural steroid injections
Facet joint injections
Medial branch blocks
Radiofrequency ablation (RFA)
Large and small joint injections
Spinal cord stimulator procedures
Minimally invasive pain management procedures
Other appropriate interventional pain procedures
Practice Environment
Join an experienced clinical team with the infrastructure and patient volume needed to become productive quickly.
Practice Setting: 100% outpatient pain management
Patient Volume: Approximately 20–30 patients/day
Support: Dedicated NP/PA/MA + experienced procedural team
EMR: eClinicalWorks
Schedule: Monday–Friday
Call: None
Hospital Rounding: None
Qualifications
MD or DO from an accredited medical school
Fellowship training in Interventional Pain Management
Board Certified or Board Eligible in Pain Management, Anesthesiology, or PM&R
Active Arizona medical license
Active DEA license
Strong experience performing interventional pain procedures
Experience treating spine and chronic pain conditions
Strong clinical judgment and patient-management skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to collaborate effectively with physicians, APPs, MAs, and other clinical staff
Commitment to compassionate, patient-centered care
Compensation
