Interventional Pain Management Physician (PM&R) – High Earning Potential | Long Island & Queens, NY
Position Overview
A growing outpatient pain management practice serving New Hyde Park, Long Island, and Richmond Hill, Queens is seeking a highly skilled Interventional Pain Management Physician / Physiatrist to join its expanding clinical team.
This is an opportunity to become the third physician in the practice, working in a collaborative but highly autonomous environment focused on advanced, patient-centered pain management.
Physicians rotate between locations throughout the week. The practice offers a productivity-driven compensation model with significant earning potential for providers who thrive in a high-performance clinical setting.

Job Responsibilities
The physician will evaluate, diagnose, and treat patients with a broad range of musculoskeletal, neurological, and spine-related pain conditions.
Responsibilities include:
Perform comprehensive patient evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans
Diagnose and manage acute and chronic pain conditions
Provide both conservative and interventional pain treatment
Perform advanced interventional procedures, including:
Cervical, thoracic, and lumbar epidural steroid injections
Medial branch blocks
Radiofrequency ablation (RFA)
Spinal cord stimulator trials
Percutaneous discectomy
Sacroiliac (SI) joint injections
Coordinate care with physical therapy and other treatment providers
Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation
Provide efficient, high-quality patient care
Manage a high-volume patient population while maintaining strong clinical standards
Qualifications
MD or DO from an accredited medical school
Board Certified in Physical Medicine & Rehabilitation (PM&R)
Fellowship training in Pain Management
Strong experience and proficiency with interventional pain procedures
Ability to work independently in a high-volume clinical environment
Strong clinical judgment and communication skills
