Experienced Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner – Regenerative & Integrative Medicine
Atlanta, Georgia | Grant Park Area

Our client is a growing, non-surgical regenerative and integrative medical practice in the Grant Park area of Atlanta, focused on helping patients manage arthritis, sports-related injuries, chronic joint pain, autoimmune conditions, hormone-related concerns, and wellness goals through innovative, non-surgical treatment approaches.
We are seeking an experienced Physician Assistant (PA) or Nurse Practitioner (NP) to join our clinical team and support continued growth across the Atlanta metro area.
The ideal clinician has experience in Regenerative Medicine, Sports Medicine, Orthopedics, or Pain Management and is confident evaluating patients, developing individualized treatment plans, performing injections, and educating patients about treatment options.
What You’ll Do
- Evaluate patients with joint pain, arthritis, sports injuries, and other musculoskeletal conditions
- Develop individualized treatment plans based on clinical findings and patient goals
- Read and interpret X-rays and MRIs to assist with diagnosis and treatment planning
- Perform ultrasound-guided joint injections using a handheld Butterfly ultrasound device
- Perform joint and spinal injections with appropriate clinical technique
- Provide regenerative treatments including PRP and cellular therapies
- Educate patients regarding treatment options, protocols, expected outcomes, benefits, and limitations
- Evaluate and manage female and male HRT/TRT patients
- Provide ongoing hormone therapy monitoring and patient education
- Administer IM and subcutaneous injections and teach appropriate self-administration techniques
- Administer and/or oversee IV hydration, vitamin, nutrient, and established wellness protocols
- Support peptide therapy and weight-loss programs according to clinical protocols and applicable regulations
- Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans when clinically appropriate
- Maintain accurate and timely EHR documentation
- Collaborate with the clinical team while maintaining a high level of independent clinical judgment

PRP therapy
Cellular tissue injections
Joint or spinal injections
Ultrasound-guided procedures
HRT/TRT
IV therapy
Experience with PRP, cellular therapies, injectables, or IV therapy is highly desirable.
Qualifications
Current Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner license in Georgia
3+ years of clinical experience required
Approximately 3–5+ years of relevant experience preferred
Current BLS certification from the American Heart Association
Demonstrated competence and confidence with joint and/or spinal injections
Strong patient assessment and clinical decision-making skills
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively with a clinical team
Strong commitment to documentation, professionalism, and patient-centered care
