Healthcare United is seeking a fellowship-trained Interventional Pain Management Physician for a permanent, full-time opportunity with an established practice at two locations in the West Valley of Phoenix, Arizona.
Step into an immediate patient base, a strong referral network, and high clinic and procedural volume. The practice provides dedicated NP, PA, MA, and procedural support so the incoming physician can focus on patient care and procedures.
Expected first-year earnings are $700,000+ with uncapped productivity incentives. This is a 100% outpatient, Monday–Friday position with no nights, weekends, holidays, hospital rounding, or call. The practice sees approximately 20–30 patients per day and uses eClinicalWorks.

Job Responsibilities
• Develop individualized treatment plans and coordinate follow-up care
• Perform cervical, thoracic, and lumbar epidural steroid injections
• Perform facet joint injections, medial branch blocks, and radiofrequency ablation
• Perform large and small joint injections and spinal cord stimulator procedures
• Provide other appropriate minimally invasive pain treatments
• Collaborate with APPs and the procedural support team
• Maintain accurate, timely documentation in eClinicalWorks
Qualifications
• Fellowship training in Interventional Pain Management
• Board certified in Pain Management, Anesthesiology, or PM&R
• Active or eligible Arizona medical license
• Active DEA registration
• Strong experience performing interventional pain procedures
