*Must be actively licensed and in good standing in the state of Nevada or ready to obtain Nevada license
*Must have completed Interventional Pain/Pain Management fellowship
*3 clinic days (8am–6pm) + 1 procedure day, typically finished before noon
*Every weekend is a three-day weekend, structurally — not as an occasional perk
*Unlimited PTO
*No call. No weekends. All holidays off.
*Salary $400-450k, commensurate with experience, plus productivity bonus up to $100k
