Job Responsibilities
Qualifications
MD or DO with pain management experience
Board Certified or Board Eligible in Pain Management preferred
Active Florida medical license preferred
DEA registration required
Must meet applicable state requirements for prescribing or administering controlled medications and performing required procedures
Comfortable practicing independently within a procedural pain management setting
