Interventional Pain Management Physician – Outpatient

Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced Interventional Pain Management Physician to join our growing outpatient practice in Marshall, Missouri. This is an excellent opportunity for a physician who enjoys procedural medicine and wants to focus on patient care in a Monday–Friday outpatient setting with an excellent work-life balance.

The physician will evaluate and treat patients with acute and chronic pain while utilizing minimally invasive, evidence-based procedures designed to reduce pain, improve function, and enhance quality of life.

Key Responsibilities

• Evaluate and diagnose patients with acute and chronic pain conditions.
• Develop individualized, multimodal treatment plans.
• Perform interventional procedures including epidural steroid injections, facet injections, medial branch blocks, radiofrequency ablation, and other appropriate procedures.
• Review diagnostic imaging and testing to guide treatment.
• Provide ongoing follow-up and adjust treatment plans as appropriate.
• Educate patients regarding treatment options and long-term pain management.
• Coordinate care with primary care physicians, specialists, physical therapists, and other providers.
• Maintain accurate medical records and participate in quality improvement initiatives.

Ideal Candidate

• MD or DO with appropriate residency and fellowship training.
• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Pain Medicine, Anesthesiology, PM&R, or an appropriate specialty.
• Current, unrestricted state medical license.
• Strong procedural skills and clinical judgment.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Passion for providing personalized, patient-centered care.
