An established outpatient pain management practice in Memphis, TN is seeking a Board-Certified or Board-Eligible Interventional Pain Management Physician to join its growing team.
This is an excellent opportunity for a procedure-focused physician to step into an established patient base with strong referral relationships, high procedural volume, and significant earning potential. The ideal candidate will have strong interventional skills, a patient-centered approach, and an interest in helping expand a growing pain management program.
This clinic-based role offers a collaborative environment with advanced practice providers, a strong referral network, and no hospital call responsibilities.
Job Responsibilities
Develop individualized treatment plans using interventional procedures and medication management when appropriate
Perform interventional pain procedures including:
Epidural steroid injections
Facet injections
Medial branch blocks
Radiofrequency ablation (RFA)
Joint injections
Spinal cord stimulator trials (preferred)
Collaborate with NP/PA providers within the practice
Maintain accurate and compliant medical documentation
Support growth of procedural service lines and patient care programs
Qualifications
Board-Certified or Board-Eligible physician
Specialty background in:
Anesthesiology
Physical Medicine & Rehabilitation (PM&R)
Neurology
Related specialty with Pain Management training
Interventional Pain Management fellowship strongly preferred
Active Tennessee medical license or ability to obtain quickly
Active DEA license or ability to obtain
Comfortable prescribing pain medications as part of comprehensive patient care
Strong procedural skill set and commitment to ethical pain management
Working Hours
Outpatient clinic-based schedule
No hospital call requirements
