· Interventional Pain Management Physician / Physiatrist (New Hyde Park & Richmond Hill, NY) – Pain management practice seeking a residency- and fellowship-trained physician for interventional procedures across two sites. The successful candidate will be responsible for the diagnosis and treatment of various pain conditions, with strong emphasis on interventional procedures. Seeking Candidates that are Residency Trained in PM&R and Fellowship Trained in Interventional Pain Management
Responsibilities
● Evaluate patients to diagnose and treat musculoskeletal, neurological, spinal disorders and other medical conditions that affect movement and function.
● Develop and implement individualized treatment plans for patients, including physical therapy, acupuncture, and injections and interventional procedures.
● Interventional procedures include Cervical/Lumbar Epidural injections, Medial branch blocks, RFA, Spinal cord stimulator trials, Percutaneous discectomy, SI Joint injections/Fusion, Joint injections and other interventions
Qualifications
● MD or DO degree from an accredited medical school
● Board certification in Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation
● Fellowship in Pain Management
● Ability to work independently and multitask in a fast-paced environment

Salary: $300,000
Schedule:
Monday to Friday: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Alternating Saturdays: 9:00 AM – 1:00 PM
