Interventional Pain Physician Opportunity – NYC Metro
A growing outpatient specialty practice is seeking a fellowship-trained Interventional Pain Management Physician / Physiatrist to join its expanding clinical team.
This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated physician seeking autonomy, clinical variety, and strong earning potential within a physician-led environment.
The physician will evaluate and treat patients with musculoskeletal, neurological, and spine-related pain conditions while providing advanced interventional pain procedures and comprehensive treatment plans.
The practice serves patients across multiple outpatient locations in the New York City metropolitan area.
Job Responsibilities
Evaluate and diagnose spine, musculoskeletal, and neurological pain conditions
Develop evidence-based individualized treatment plans
Provide conservative and interventional pain management approaches
Perform advanced pain procedures including:
Cervical, thoracic, and lumbar epidural steroid injections
Medial branch blocks
Radiofrequency ablation (RFA)
Spinal cord stimulator trials
SI joint injections
Percutaneous discectomy
Coordinate care with physical therapy and other treatment providers
Maintain accurate medical documentation
Deliver efficient, patient-centered care in a high-volume outpatient setting
Qualifications
MD or DO degree from an accredited medical school
Board Certification in Physical Medicine & Rehabilitation (PM&R)
Fellowship training in Pain Management
Strong experience with interventional pain procedures
Ability to work independently in an outpatient clinical environment
Excellent communication and clinical decision-making skills
