About the Position
A growing interventional pain management program is seeking a Board Certified/Board Eligible Pain Medicine physician to join a highly collaborative and well-established team in Rapid City, South Dakota. This opportunity offers exceptional procedural volume, strong multidisciplinary support, advanced facilities, and the ability to practice within one of the region's premier neuroscience and spine programs.
Position Highlights
• Full-time Pain Medicine opportunity
• Join an experienced team consisting of:
• 1 full-time Pain Medicine physician
• 5 part-time Pain Medicine physicians
• Dedicated Advanced Practice Provider clinic support
• Clinic volume exceeding 100 patients per day
• Immediate patient demand and procedural volume
• Four dedicated interventional procedure suites equipped with:
• Fluoroscopy
• Ultrasound guidance
• Additional operating room time available as needed
• Opportunity to build a busy, procedure-focused practice from day one
Practice Environment
• Integrated multidisciplinary spine and pain management program
• Pain Medicine serves as the primary entry point for spine-related conditions
• Close collaboration with an established Neurosurgery team
• Regular multidisciplinary Pain Board conferences
• Comprehensive on-site resources including:
• Physical Therapy
• Occupational Therapy
• Advanced Imaging Services
• MRI capabilities
• Strong referral network throughout a five-state service region

Qualifications
• Board Eligible or Board Certified in Pain Medicine
