Schedule: 2 days/mo - Clinic: 1 shift/mo (Thursday) and ASC: 1 shift/mo (Friday)
Call requirements: None
Work Details:
• Amount of coverage needed per month: 2 days per month to start - Possible for more shifts to open
• Patient population/age: Adult spine / pain population
• Department description: Outpatient interventional pain practice with high procedural volume in spine and minimally invasive procedures
• Special procedures: Will perform all the Interventional Pain procedures (MBB/Facet, RFA, Epidural), TenJet, tenotomy and minimally invasive procedures such as discetomy, intercept, etc)
• Skills required: High volume interventional spine experience, Proficient in MBB, RFA, and epidural procedures, Experience with minimally invasive pain procedures (discectomy, tenotomy), Comfortable working independently in ASC and clinic settings, Efficient in outpatient workflow
Practice Setting:
• Ambulatory Surgery Center
• Clinic/Private Practice
Requirements:
• Board Certification: BC/BE
• License required: Ideally prefers someone licensed already but will consider licensing
• DEA: Yes
