Job Responsibilities
➡️ Perform interventional procedures (injections, nerve blocks, etc.)
➡️ Develop individualized pain management treatment plans
➡️ Prescribe and monitor medications responsibly 💊

➡️ Maintain accurate and timely EMR documentation
Qualifications
✔️ Fellowship training in Pain Management preferred
✔️ Board Certified/Board Eligible in Pain Medicine
✔️ Active or eligible Oregon medical license
Working Hours
