We are seeking a Board-Certified or Board-Eligible Interventional Pain Management Physician to join a growing outpatient practice focused on delivering comprehensive, patient-centered pain care. This is an excellent opportunity to practice advanced interventional techniques while maintaining strong clinical autonomy and a balanced schedule.
💼 Position Overview
In this role, you will evaluate and treat patients with acute and chronic pain conditions, developing individualized care plans and performing a wide range of interventional pain procedures. You will work in a collaborative environment alongside rehabilitation, chiropractic, and therapy teams to improve patient function and quality of life.
🩺 Key Responsibilities
- Evaluate and manage acute and chronic pain conditions in an outpatient setting
- Develop personalized, evidence-based treatment plans
- Perform interventional procedures including injections and image-guided techniques
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary rehab and therapy teams
- Monitor patient outcomes and adjust treatment plans as needed
- Educate patients on pain management strategies and expectations
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation in EMR systems
- Participate in clinical meetings and quality improvement initiatives

🎯 Qualifications
- MD or DO from an accredited medical school
- Board Certified or Board Eligible in:
- Pain Medicine
- Anesthesiology
- Physical Medicine & Rehabilitation (PM&R)
- Or related specialty
- Experience with interventional pain procedures required
- Strong clinical judgment and team-based care approach
📜 Licensing & Certifications
- Active state medical license (or ability to obtain)
- DEA registration required
- BLS certification required
