We are seeking a Board-Certified or Board-Eligible Interventional Pain Management Physician to join a growing outpatient practice focused on delivering comprehensive, patient-centered pain care. 💼 Position Overview

In this role, you will evaluate and treat patients with acute and chronic pain conditions, developing individualized care plans and performing a wide range of interventional pain procedures. You will work in a collaborative environment alongside rehabilitation, chiropractic, and therapy teams to improve patient function and quality of life.

🩺 Key Responsibilities

• Evaluate and manage acute and chronic pain conditions in an outpatient setting
• Develop personalized, evidence-based treatment plans
• Perform interventional procedures including injections and image-guided techniques
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary rehab and therapy teams
• Monitor patient outcomes and adjust treatment plans as needed
• Educate patients on pain management strategies and expectations
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation in EMR systems
• Participate in clinical meetings and quality improvement initiatives

🎯 Qualifications

• MD or DO from an accredited medical school
• Board Certified or Board Eligible in:
  • Pain Medicine
  • Anesthesiology
  • Physical Medicine & Rehabilitation (PM&R)
  • Or related specialty
• Experience with interventional pain procedures required
• Strong clinical judgment and team-based care approach

📜 Licensing & Certifications

• Active state medical license (or ability to obtain)
• DEA registration required
• BLS certification required
