About the Opportunity / A Day in the Life
This is a balanced interventional pain role combining clinic-based patient care with consistent procedural volume. Your week will include evaluating and managing a diverse pain population in the clinic while also maintaining dedicated time in the ASC for injections, minimally invasive procedures, and implants.
You’ll have the support of a nurse practitioner who helps manage follow-ups, routine visits, and patient flow, allowing you to focus on higher-acuity cases and procedures. The practice is designed to optimize both efficiency and physician autonomy, giving you control over your schedule and case mix.
Procedural days are structured and predictable, with strong support staff and streamlined workflows in the ASC. The model supports physicians who want to build a robust interventional practice while maintaining continuity of care with their patients.
Why This Role Stands Out
- Strong balance of clinic and procedural time with built-in ASC access
- High earning potential with transparent, production-based bonus structure
- Dedicated NP support to improve efficiency and reduce administrative burden
- Flexible structure that allows you to shape your patient panel and procedural mix
- Opportunity to scale quickly with strong referral patterns in the Phoenix market
- Additional financial incentives available for physicians bringing an existing practice or patient base

- Prefer a predictable schedule with dedicated ASC time
- Value support from an NP and efficient clinical workflows
