Job Responsibilities
- Evaluate and manage patients with acute and chronic pain conditions
• Perform interventional procedures including spinal injections and nerve blocks
• Develop individualized pain management treatment plans
• Collaborate with clinical staff to coordinate patient care
• Maintain accurate documentation using electronic medical records
• Participate in quality improvement and patient care initiatives
Qualifications
- Board Certified or Board Eligible in Pain Management
• Active New York Medical License (required)
• BLS Certification required
• Interventional pain fellowship training preferred
• Strong clinical judgment and communication skills

Working Hours
Monday – Friday | 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM
