Job Responsibilities
💉 Perform interventional pain procedures including ESI, MBB, RFA, nerve blocks, and trigger point injections
🩺 Evaluate and manage patients with acute and chronic pain conditions
📋 Develop individualized treatment plans and coordinate care
🤝 Collaborate with nursing staff and clinic support team
📝 Maintain accurate Epic EMR documentation
🏥 Provide occasional coverage at ambulatory clinic and procedure space as required
Qualifications
✔ Board Eligible or Board Certified in Pain Management
✔ Active New York Medical License
✔ 1–2 years of experience post fellowship
✔ BLS certification required
✔ Experience with Epic EMR preferred
Working Hours
🕒 Monday – Friday
⏰ 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM
📞 Office call only after hours and weekends
📅 26-week locum assignment
