• Seeking a Locum Pain Management Physician to provide interventional pain care in an outpatient clinic setting.
• The provider will evaluate and manage patients with chronic pain conditions and perform a variety of interventional pain procedures.
• The role includes collaboration with clinical staff and may require coverage at an affiliated ambulatory clinic and procedure space.
• Fellowship training in Pain Medicine is required (ACGME accreditation not mandatory).

Job Responsibilities
• Perform interventional pain management procedures
• Develop individualized treatment and pain management plans
• Coordinate diagnostic testing and referrals when necessary
• Supervise and collaborate with nursing and support staff
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation using the EPIC EMR system
• Participate in quality assurance and patient care improvement initiatives
• Ensure compliance with clinical and regulatory standards
Qualifications
• Fellowship training in Pain Medicine
• Board Eligible or Board Certified in Pain Management or related specialty
• Active New York State medical license required
• Minimum 1–2 years of experience post fellowship
• BLS certification required
• Experience with EPIC EMR system required
Working Hours
• 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM
• Office call only after hours and weekends
• Lunch break typically 12:00 PM – 1:00 PM
