Overview:
St. Mary’s Healthcare is actively seeking a skilled and compassionate Urologist to join our growing provider network in Amsterdam, NY. As a member of our urology team, you’ll provide comprehensive urologic care with access to a steady referral stream, advanced surgical facilities, and a collaborative clinical environment. Compensation & Benefits:
- Base Salary Range - $378,606 - $586,034 (commensurate with experience).
- Competitive compensation package, including base salary + sign-on bonus and semiannual bonuses for productivity.

Job Responsibilities
• Perform and interpret diagnostic tests, including imaging studies and laboratory analyses, to identify urological disorders.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans, which may involve medication management, minimally invasive procedures, or surgical interventions.
• Utilize specialized equipment, such as X-rays, fluoroscopes, and catheters, to aid in diagnosis and treatment.
• Conduct surgeries, including abdominal, pelvic, or retroperitoneal procedures, when necessary.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to provide comprehensive patient care.
• Educate patients and their families about urological health, preventive measures, and treatment options.
• Maintain accurate and thorough patient records in compliance with healthcare regulations.
Qualifications
Preferred Experience - Robotics experience preferred
Education - Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathy (DO) from an accredited institution
