💼 Position Highlights:
- Full-time, Monday–Friday schedule
- Outpatient-focused with no call
- State-of-the-art procedure suites and support staff
- Broad spectrum of interventional procedures, including spinal cord stimulation, radiofrequency ablation, and ultrasound-guided injections, SI fusions, lumbar fusion and vascular programs.

Job Responsibilities
• 🩺 Evaluation and management of patients with acute and chronic pain conditions, using evidence-based approaches
• 💉 Performance of a wide range of interventional procedures, including but not limited to: epidural steroid injections, medial branch blocks, radiofrequency ablation, spinal cord stimulator trials/implants, and minimally invasive spine procedures
• 📋 Development of comprehensive, multidisciplinary treatment plans tailored to each patient’s needs
• 👩⚕️ Clinical oversight and supervision of mid-level providers (NPs/PAs), including case reviews, support with complex cases, and collaboration on patient management strategies
• 🔁 Collaboration with referring providers across primary care, orthopedics, neurology, behavioral health, and surgical specialties
• 📈 Participation in quality improvement initiatives, compliance, and clinical protocols
• 🎓 Optional involvement in research, innovation, and mentorship within the practice
Qualifications
• MD or DO with ACGME-accredited fellowship in Pain Medicine
• Board Certified/Eligible in Pain Medicine (Anesthesiology, PM&R, Neurology, or Psychiatry background preferred)
• Eligible for licensure in Oklahoma
• Passion for interventional therapies and comprehensive pain management
Working Hours
Skills
• MD or DO from an accredited institution
• Completion of an ACGME-accredited fellowship in Pain Medicine
• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Pain Medicine
• Eligible for unrestricted medical licensure in Oklahoma
• Proficient in fluoroscopy-guided and ultrasound-guided procedures
• Excellent clinical judgment and diagnostic skills
• Strong understanding of pharmacologic and interventional pain management strategies
