- BC or BE in Interventional Pain, PM&R or Anesthesia
- Mix of clinic and OR time
- 3 exams rooms, specialty table and fluoroscopy
- Providers can expect to manage trigger points, joint injections, RFA’s, pain trials, pain pops and simulator trials with blocked OR time
- No weekend call required
- $50K sign-on bonus
