Location: Jonesboro, GA - s a suburban city located in the Atlanta metropolitan area. Atlanta is the closest major city to Jonesboro, situated approximately 15 miles northwest. Being just a short distance from the capital city provides residents with access to a wide range of opportunities and amenities while still enjoying the benefits of a smaller, suburban community.

* Monday – Friday – 8am-12pm, 1-4 pm
* Estimated 11 patients per day seen
* Experience with Pain Management, Spine or Musculoskeletal preferred. Follow-up with MD treatment plan for the patient with medication management, manage post procedure complications.
