Facility Name – SageWest Health Care
Coverage: ENT
Reason for Coverage – Provider leaving
*Specialty – ENT (+ allergy would be helpful)
*Needing provider to start mid Feb or March 1st
*Estimated to be approximately 1 year.
*Practice Setting – Clinic and Hospital. Will include call coverage 10 days/mo
*Provider must be Board Certified
*Temp Privileges are Available
*Only CV's with an Active License
*Coverage Type – IP and OP ambulatory
*Patients per day - 15
*Rounding - Yes, 2-3 patients per round
*#Calls while on call – 2-3/week
*How many hours does it take to Round? – approximately 1 hr. Will not be needed daily.
*How many times do they get called back in a 24 hr shift? – 1 x/week
*EMR in clinic and Hospital: Clinic – Athena; Hospital - MedHost
*Support staff? Yes, 1 PA, 2 RN
*What type of Surgeries or Procedures do they have to do – General ENT
