ENT Opening in Green Bay, WI
Located in Green Bay, WI; Appleton 30m; Milwaukee 120m
Overview
* A physician owned and led multispecialty group in northeast Wisconsin is recruiting a general ENT physician, and fellowship trained candidates are welcome
* Full time
* 1:10 shared city wide call
* Group owned ambulatory surgery center, with video tower, wall mounted scopes, and carts, chairs and microscopes in every room
* Audiology support in Green Bay and a second city, plus speech therapy
* Collaboration with Allergy, Plastics and Endocrinology
* Outreach clinic required in Sheboygan, WI
* Ability to expand specialty areas of interest
* After hours nurse triage and Epic EMR
Qualifications
* MD or DO
* ENT training
Compensation & Benefits
* Shareholder eligible after about one year
* Signing bonus and relocation assistance
* CME of $4,000 per year with a three year rollover

* 401(k) with dollar for dollar match up to 6% plus a 3% discretionary contribution
* Malpractice and tail coverage paid, plus state and local medical society dues
