General ENT with Facial Plastics & Head and Neck Opportunity
Seeking BC/BE Otolaryngologist
Overview:
* Join an established ENT practice in the highly desirable Stone Oak area of San Antonio
* General ENT foundation with opportunity to develop Facial Plastic & Reconstructive Surgery, Head & Neck or other subspecialty interests
* Bread-and-butter ENT required as part of the practice
* Existing practice has a strong focus on sinus and allergy care
* Robust primary care referral network generating more than 700 ENT-specific referrals annually
* Immediate patient volume with existing overflow
* Zero trauma or Emergency Department call
* No inpatient rounding
* Informal shared post-operative call only
* Monday–Thursday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM; Friday, 8:00 AM–3:00 PM
* Typical schedule includes 3 clinic days, 1–2 OR days and a half-day procedure clinic
* Approximately 5–10 surgeries per week
* Dedicated surgical block time at an efficient off-site ambulatory surgery center
* Approximately 95% of surgical cases are outpatient
* Supported by an on-site Audiologist, Medical Assistant and front-office staff
* Epic EMR in both clinic and hospital settings
