Qualifications

* Board Certified or Board Eligible in Otolaryngology
* Eligible for New York Medical Licensure
* DEA Certification (or ability to obtain prior to start)

Clinical Responsibilities
* Evaluate, diagnose, and treat pediatric and adult ENT conditions
* Manage conditions including:
* Hearing Loss
* Sleep Apnea
* Chronic Sinusitis
* Vertigo
* Chronic Sore Throat
* Tonsillitis
* Thyroid Disorders
* Tinnitus
* Perform office-based evaluations and consultations
* Prescribe medical treatment and coordinate ongoing care
* Perform outpatient and inpatient surgical procedures
