Schedule & Coverage

Weekday Schedule

• 8 hours of clinic, OR, and rounding

• 16 hours of unrestricted ED/Trauma call

• 30-minute response time required

• 4 hours gratis

Weekend Schedule

• 4 hours of clinic, OR, and rounding

• 20 hours of unrestricted ED/Trauma call

• 25–30-minute response time required

Call Details

• Patient Type: Assigned and unassigned patients

• Call Type: Beeper

• Required Response Time: 25–30 minutes

Clinical Responsibilities & Case Types

• Tonsillectomies

• Adenoidectomies

• Ear tube placement

• Ear surgery

• Head and neck surgery

• Pediatric and adult trauma surgery

• Allergy evaluation and management

• Audiological evaluations

Facility Details

• Practice Setting: Inpatient and outpatient

• Trauma Level: Level I

• EMR: Epic

• Support Staff: 1 RN and 1 office staff member

Requirements & Qualifications

• Board Certification: Board Certified in Otolaryngology

• License: Active Pennsylvania license or IMLC accepted

• Fellowship: Preferred but not required
